underwhelming stay with service issues
low water pressure inconsistent service
the shower had low water pressure and took a long time to get hot that was annoying the turndown service was inconsistent sometimes it happened sometimes not the timing was also off it was often around 7 pm i asked for bottled water several times but it never arrived despite promises that was frustrating

street noise slow service
the room was not very quiet. i could hear noise from the hallway and the street. also the service at the pool was slow sometimes i had to wait a while for someone to come and take my order. it wasn't a terrible experience but i expected better for what i paid

My Ksar featured ample space. It was well maintained, super clean, and came with fresh flowers. I appreciated the free minibar. It was promptly refilled. The staff was kind and prompt with all requests.
